GrabBox Ventures specializes in selling mini claw machines to individuals looking to start a business. We also offer strategic placement of these machines in retail locations.

2. Eligibility

Purchases are only available to individuals aged 18 years or older, residing in the continental United States.

3. Product Details

GrabBox Ventures provides high-quality mini claw machines designed for business use. All machines are sold as-is, with optional add-ons available for purchase.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for claw machines is due upfront at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs are calculated after the sale and are due once the final amount is determined.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated after the sale and must be paid in full before the product is shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and availability. GrabBox Ventures is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Warranty & Liability

Claw Machines (2-Year Limited Warranty): Covers manufacturing defects in core machine components. Repairs or replacements will be provided for qualifying defective parts.
Exclusions: Add-ons (e.g., bill acceptors, Nayax systems) and external damage caused by misuse or improper handling are not covered under this warranty.
GrabBox Ventures is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from improper use of the machines.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring the proper use, maintenance, and compliance with local regulations when operating the claw machines.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, and designs associated with GrabBox Ventures remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be used without explicit permission.

9. Termination

Under no circumstances can the agreement between GrabBox Ventures and the customer be terminated, unless in writing and with the consent of GrabBox.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee, United States.
